Team Mammoth Marketing is excited to highlight our recent team night, which we named “Education Station.” We took two fun activities – speed dating and learning something new – and then put them together for an enlightening and entertaining event.
Our leaders took a topic and taught the ins and outs of it to other members of the team. Then, those who were not in charge of the topic took turns going around to six different stations, where they engaged with them in novel ways. Some of the subjects included marketing theories, good habits (such as time management), and proper mind-set (using research on motivation). It was a very successful Mammoth Marketing event by all our standards, and we plan on doing many more of these in the future.
There are a lot of good reasons to promote continual learning in the workplace, but one of our favorites is that educated team members are happier. When we feel confident that we know how to meet and even exceed expectations, we have a spring in our step and we embrace our projects, feeling assured that we’ll hit all our goals.
